Group Rate Early Bird (5 person minimum) – $55.00
Group must be a minimum of 5 people in order to register for the group rate.
Group Rate Regular Rate (Minimum 5 people required) – $65.00
Groups must be made of 5 people minimum.
Local Affiliate Rate, Regular Registration – $75.00

Student Rate – $35.00
You must be a student member of WATESOL.
WATESOL Member Early Bird Rate – $65.00
Must have current membership.
WATESOL Member Regular Rate – $75.00

Rate Table

WATESOL Member and local affiliate member rate:

Early: $65 (until 10/3)
Regular: $75 (until 10/10)
Day of Event: $85 (full or half-day; no reduced rates)

If you are a member of a local affiliate (MDTESOL or VATESOL), please contact your membership secretary for the code.

Non-Member Rate:

Early: $80 (until 10/3)
Regular: $90 (until 10/10)
Day of Event: $100 (full or half-day; no reduced rates)

Student Rate:

Early: $35
Regular: $35 (until 10/10)
Day of Event: $45

Student rate issued with verification of full-time enrollment in a TESOL or teacher education program. Please bring verification to check-in the day of the event. If you do not bring verification, you will be asked to pay the difference of the day-of-event pricing.

Most WATESOL events are open to current members only.

Photo Release: When I register for a WATESOL event, I grant to WATESOL the right to take photographs of me in connection with WATESOL events. I agree that WATESOL may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including publicity, advertising, and web content. Should you not want your photograph posted or printed please contact a board member while at the event. Any other concern can be sent in writing to president@watesol.org
